The tech replaced a trap for us & replaced a broken cap on another trap. He was very courteous & professional.

I unfortunately didn't get the young man's name, but he was extremely courteous, informative and professional. He checked our Sentricon system. He explained what he found and offered an in home inspection. We've never had a technician do such a through job. It's hard to find someone that takes pride and interest in their job like this young gentleman. Please forward this review to him, we live north of Great Bend, KS.

World Pest Control has been absolutely perfect in every detail in the work they have done for us. From the people at the office being very helpful and informative. Then the young man they sent out (Raven); was the best example of customer service I've seen in a long time plus a very pleasant and polite young man. Raven knew his job, he explained what he was going to do and ask if we had any questions or concerns. We explained our concerns and he took time to look into the problem and then took care of it. Ashley, Pat and the entire team do an exceptional job! They always call ahead and schedule the next treatment and the techs have yet to be late...so nice to have someone show up when they say they will be there!! They have kept all of the bugs and spiders out and now I am trying out there mosquito pots so I can be pest free inside and outside this summer!!! Lots of products, options and knowledge there, highly recommend them!!
