Your tech was great. The office not confirming an 8:00 am appointment is not acceptable. I had no idea the tech would be here.

The technician called before coming to my house to ensure my dogs were safe and away before entering the property. He also did a great job of addressing any issues I had, such as cobwebs and spiderwebs. I saw that he used a brush, knocked them all down, and treated the areas as needed. He was a friendly person and easy to visit with. He offered other services, but did not push them on me.i was satisfied with my experience.
